Rooted in the principles of positive pedagogy, the session offers practical strategies and real-life examples for supporting holistic development, especially in diverse, multilingual, and multicultural settings.
Participants will discover how to nurture individual strengths, foster resilience, and create meaningful connections with students and families.

I am an early childhood educator currently working as the Pedagogical Principal at Um Nasser Finland Preschool in Bahrain. Previously, I held teaching positions at the European School in Helsinki and the Lycée Franco-Finlandais d’Helsinki.
My work focuses on supporting children's growth through positive pedagogy and the use of digital tools in learning. With a deep passion for the ocean and sustainability I also integrate environmental education into daily practices, encouraging awareness and responsibility from a young age.
With a strong interest in literacy and storytelling, I aim to create learning experiences that build curiosity and critical thinking skills in the classroom.
