Consistency means "conformity in the application of something, typically that which is necessary for the sake of logic, accuracy, or fairness". In baking it is important to be consistent so your products always turn out with the same high quality that is expected.

As described in the presentation your assignment is to write a recipe for a grilled cheese sandwich. You will need to open a new Google Doc for this assignment. Your recipe must have all parts of a standardized recipe. It will be graded on the presence of each part of the recipe and on the thoroughness of your instructions.
Make sure you submit it to Google classroom when it is finished.
