Answer - They are all puffy. They are leavened by baking soda or baking powder. Since they don't require a rising time they are quick to make.

Answer - They are all flat. Some have no leavening at all but others use a bit of yeast. They are typically quick to make.

They are flat breads! More people in the world eat flat breads as part of their daily meals than any other types. You have probably tried a few popular flat breads like pizza, focaccia, or tortillas in the course of your lifetime. While some contain yeast, others do not. The one thing they all have in common is that they are flat in shape, not puffed and fluffy.
Today you will be exploring Flatbreads Around the World. A copy of the assignment is below but you will find it already waiting for you in Google Classroom.
