You will understand how to use couplers, piping bags, and piping tips to decorate a cake.

You will level your cake layers and assemble them with filling.
You will apply a crumb coat and final coat of frosting.
You will pipe two borders and at least one word.
While you are applying your frosting you will reflect on the best ways to make it perfectly smooth.
When your product is finished you will take a picture of the finished product with you in the picture.
After finishing the product you will complete the Lab Reflection and upload your product picture to the Google Form.

This is the rubric the teacher will be using to evaluate your finished cake.
Now that you have finished your baking and you've tasted your product it is time to complete the Recipe Reflection and submit a pic of your product.
Go to Google Classroom and find the assignment for your lab. Complete the attached Recipe Reflection form and upload your pic (selfie) to the assignment. Make sure you submit it after you upload the pic!
