Lab Objective:
You will understand how to make cookie dough and bake drop cookies.
Lab Goal:
You will make drop cookies that are of equal size and properly baked.
While you are making your dough you will reflect on what you need to do to make all of the cookies equal in size.
When your cookie is finished you will take a picture of the finished product with you in the picture.
After tasting cookie you will complete the Lab Reflection and upload your product picture to the Google Form.
Many recipes tell you to drop your dough by tablespoons onto a cookie sheet and then bake. The problem we run into with this method is that the cookies end up of different shapes and sizes. While you might be thinking that you don't mind wonky cookies it also means that the cookies bake at different rates and you'll get some that are under done and others that are over done on each tray.

Now that you have finished your baking and you've tasted your product it is time to complete the Recipe Reflection and submit a pic of your product.
Go to Google Classroom and find the assignment for your lab. Complete the attached Recipe Reflection form and upload your pic (selfie) to the assignment. Make sure you submit it after you upload the pic!
