Cookie Tips

• You will compare the secret tips and tricks suggested by a variety of articles to identify the most common ones.

• You will make write your own list of Cookie Baking Tricks with explanations of why each trick works.

Everywhere you turn online there is someone with a cooking blog telling you that their cooking method is the only one that works. The best way to filter out the information that is really important and works best in the kitchen is to compare the lists and find common themes. That's what your job is today!

Start by reading the articles below --- all four of them. As you read them make a list of their tips for getting the very best cookies.

Next compare the lists from all four articles. Which tips do they all have in common? Which tips do at least three of the articles have in common?

Finally, create your own list of Cookie Baking Tricks. Use the tips that were found commonly across at least 3 of the sites and explain in your own words how these tricks will make your cookies better.

Expectations:

Your article will have the following parts

• An introduction that explains what your list is for.

• At least 4 tricks that will make better cookies.

• An explanation for each trick included in your list.

• Pictures to make it more interesting.

• A short conclusion to wrap it all up.
