Lab Objective:
You will understand how to make bar cookies.
Lab Goal:
You will make brownies that have additional ingredients and are cut neatly into squares.
While you are making your dough you will reflect on what you need to do to cut the bars into perfectly equal squares.
When your cookie is finished you will take a picture of the finished product with you in the picture.
After tasting cookie you will complete the Lab Reflection and upload your product picture to the Google Form.
I've had nightmares about trying to get brownies out of the pan without breaking them into bits. The fudgier the brownie the worse it sticks to even the most greased pan. The trick is lining the pan with parchment.

Now that you have finished your baking and you've tasted your product it is time to complete the Recipe Reflection and submit a pic of your product.
Go to Google Classroom and find the assignment for your lab. Complete the attached Recipe Reflection form and upload your pic (selfie) to the assignment. Make sure you submit it after you upload the pic!
