Students will be able to describe their daily school schedule in Spanish/French, using time expressions and vocabulary related to subjects and periods.
Cultural Comparison:
Students will compare and contrast school systems in the US with those in Spanish/French-speaking countries, discussing differences and similarities in school routines, subjects, and schedules.Products and Practices:
Students will identify and describe common products books, uniforms, etc. and practices class routines, lunch breaks they interact with during their school experience.
Extracurricular Activities:
Students will explore and present on the types of extracurricular activities popular in the US and in various Spanish/French-speaking countries, reflecting on how these activities influence school culture and student life.
Communication:Engage in conversations, provide and obtain information, express feelings and emotions, and exchange opinions. Understand and interpret written and spoken language on a variety of topics.
Present information, concepts, and ideas to an audience of listeners or readers on a variety of topics.
Cultures:Demonstrate an understanding of the relationship between the practices and perspectives of the cultures studied.
