Pre-algebra is a course designed to introduce students to the language of Algebra.  Emphasis will be placed on translating English into algebraic form. Expressions, equations and inequalities, domains of numbers, number theory, operations with rational numbers, inequalities, percents, area and volume, probability, statistics and graphs will also be covered.  Technology will be used on a regular basis.  Students who successfully complete Pre-Algebra will receive two credits (1 Math Credit and 1 General Elective Credit)
