HoyaConnect is the official platform for all co-curricular and MBA Student Organization-led activities in the MBA Program at the McDonough School of Business. Use it to explore student organizations, events, volunteer opportunities, connect with peers—and during Orientation, to access the schedule and complete the MBA Onboarding Track.
GETTING STARTED WITH HOYACONNECT
One week before Orientation (July 22):
You’ll be added to HoyaConnect and receive two emails to your Georgetown email:
A confirmation from CampusGroups (our platform provider)
An automatic registration confirmation for your assigned Orientation(s)
Set Up the App
Download the CampusGroups app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Open the app and in the “Choose Campus” field, search for:
"MBA Clubs – Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business"
Select MBA Orientation 2025
Enter your full Georgetown email address
Use the access code emailed to you to log in
MBA Orientation Hub (available on HoyaConnect)
Once you are added to HoyaConnect, you’ll now see the MBA Orientation 2025 Hub—your home base for:

How do I access the MBA Onboarding Track?
Once you are added to HoyaConnect and follow the "Getting Started steps" you can click on MBA Orientation 2025 Hub then you will see the Onboarding Track.
MBA Orientation Daily Check-In
Each day you arrive at the Hariri Building, check in by scanning the QR code using the app's QR Code Scanner.
Note: FXO28 Orientation and approved FT27 participants will check in virtually via Zoom. More information will be send via email for those.

Each Orientation Day has a different dress code. Please make sure to review the info above.
After that, we recommend using McDonough Business Attire Guide for examples.
Laptop: Please bring your laptop on Tuesday (International Student and FX28) and on Wednesday and Thursday (FT27).
Smartphone: For check-in and access to the Orientation schedule via HoyaConnect. If you do not have a smartphone, you will be able to use your laptop to access the schedule via MyHoyaMBA (on this page).
Notebook or other device to take notes.
Combination lock for the locker you’ll be assigned (FT27) or that you requested (FX28) in the Hariri Building.

The In-Person International MBA Student Orientation on July 29 is required for all international MBA students on F-1 or J-1 visas.
All sessions are also open to any student who identifies as international and would like to attend.
We’ll focus on the international student experience, offering academic tips and insights into U.S. university life—especially helpful if you're new to the American higher education system.

Georgetown University McDonough School of Business (Rafik B. Hariri Building)

The McDonough School of Business Rafik B. Hariri Building is located on Georgetown University’s main campus. Below are detailed directions from several points on or near campus. We recommend visitors travel by taxi, rideshare services, or free university shuttles as parking is limited. Please note that the address for the entirety of campus is 37th and O Streets, NW. If you use this address you will be led to the front gates of campus, which is a 10-minute walk from the Hariri Building.
Campus Bus & Public Transit
The Georgetown University Transportation Shuttle, otherwise known as the GUTS Bus, is free and runs service to six different locations in the DC area.
Dupont Circle, Rosslyn, Wisconsin Ave, Arlington Loop, Downtown DC, and the GU Law Center.
Routes that pickup near Metro stops:
Dupont Circle (accessible via the Metro Red line - map)
Rosslyn (accessible via the Blue, Silver, and Orange lines - map)
GUTS buses are free and operate daily (see route timetables for more information).
The C91 Metrobus and D94 Metrobus (DC public transit buses) drop off at the Georgetown campus as well.
Taxi/Rideshare
If you use a taxi or rideshare app, you can set Georgetown University McDonough School of Business Rafik B. Hariri Building as your destination so you can be dropped off outside of the building.
Campus is accessible by car via either the Canal Road entrance or the hospital Entrance 4 (Reservoir Road).
You can also be dropped off at the Main Gates (37th & O St. NW) for a short walk across campus.
Personal Car
Georgetown does not offer on-campus parking options for students.
Alternative transportation options are encouraged!
If you do drive to campus (not recommended), you can park in the visitor’s parking area - Southwest Quad Garage.
The Southwest Garage is accessible via the Canal Road entrance and the daily visitor’s parking rate is $25. ($5 if you park after 4:30 p.m. and have a valid student GoCard)
MBA Campus Tour (Self-Guided)
The MBA Program Office, in partnership with the MBA Program Ambassadors, has designed this self-guided walking tour for MBA students, families, and visitors who are interested in exploring & enjoying the beautiful and iconic Georgetown University campus.
Lost something?
All lost items found in the Hariri Building are taken to the MSB Tech Center (Hariri First Floor).
