Detailed information for each course section including the type of final assessment and the date/time/location for each exam.
Schedules will be posted prior to the start of the semester.
Please note that final exam schedules and deliverables are subject to change. Changes made will be noted in Column I of the exam schedule file.
Students should consult their professors and course syllabus for the most up-to-date information before confirming any other plans during the exam period.
Key information about the types of final exams and how to interpret the exam schedule.
For "Alternative Assessment" types, anticipate an asynchronous final assignment that will not require you to be on campus at a particular time.
If a course is "Awaiting Faculty Declaration," assume there will be an in-person assessment at the day/time indicated on the schedule. Confirm final exam/assessment expectations with faculty.
Should basic calculators be needed for an exam, students can check them out from the MBA Program Office for 24 hours. The Program Office has a limited supply of calculators that will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Makeup exams may only be requested and approved through the Program Office via submission of this Google Form in advance of the scheduled exam.
Documentation is needed for your request to be approved.
If a student requests makeup exams for multiple classes, please be sure to submit a separate request for each exam requested.
In rare circumstances, a professor may deny a makeup exam request.
If your request is approved, the schedule for your makeup exam is typically determined for you depending on faculty needs.
You should avoid booking travel until your makeup request has been approved and you have received confirmation of your makeup exam schedule.
Professional conflicts for FT include: job or internship interviews, major professional conferences, or networking events sponsored by a company or organization. Self-scheduled informational interviews or coffee chats will not be approved.
Please note that the timing of virtual professional or recruiting events must be in direct conflict with the scheduled exam in order to be considered for a makeup exam.
For medical emergencies that arise the day of an exam, your documentation must be dated on that day or specifically address the need to miss the exam on that date.
Makeup exams are not approved for non-required early travel during any exam period, including for the Global Business Experience.
Please review the MBA Makeup Exam FAQ for further information.
Please note that the review process typically takes 3-4 business days, although some processing times vary depending on the nature of request and complexity of logistics required to schedule a makeup exam. Students should always submit requests as soon as possible to ensure timely review and scheduling of makeup exams.
Please reference the MBA Student Accommodations Policies & Procedures if you are seeking exam accommodations through the Academic Resource Center and your faculty.
