The Georgetown MBA program's Opening Term is an intensive three-week period that serves as an introduction to the curriculum, focusing on leadership development and global business through the "Leading Teams for Performance and Impact" and "Structure of Global Industries" courses. Celebrate the End of Opening Term 2025! - We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Join the MBA Program Office for a festive sendoff as we wrap up Opening Term with a night of celebration. Enjoy light food, drinks, a DJ, and great company. Faculty will also announce the winners of the Best Opening Term presentations.

3- Fall Classes Begin (Aug 27, 2025)
The fall semester officially kicks off on Wednesday, August 27. Please note: due to Monday holidays during the fall semester, classes will follow a Monday schedule on this day (i.e. classes normally scheduled to meet on Monday will meet on Wednesday, August 27).
Be sure to check the MBA Academic Calendar and prepare in advance based on your faculty's Canvas course sites.

Certificate in Global Real Estate development emerged from research that included a growing interest in real estate and feedback from students, alumni, and real estate professionals. It builds upon the numerous offerings from the school’s Steers Center for Global Real Estate, as well as the strength of the alumni network.
