If you know someone who might be a perfect fit in our organization and in any of our open positions we would love to get your recommendation ❤ If it turns out that we decide to recruit your recommendation we have a Finders Fee of 5 000 SEK. The Finders Fee only applies if your recommended hire becomes permanent employed on a monthly salary in the company.
The process:
Log in to Teamtailor (your work email) - click on your profile picture in the top right corner and then select Employee dashboard. This takes you to a view with all published jobs.
Under Open jobs, you’ll see all published jobs. This is where you refer the candidate! Just hover over the image and select Refer candidate.
Create the referral. Write the referral's name and write a bit more about why you want to recommend the candidate. Add the candidate to the job you think would suit them and add their email.
Under My referrals, you can keep track of the status of the referrals you’ve added previously as well as add new ones.
Once hired, you HR Business Partner will give you the information
Once permanent employed, the Finders Fee will be paid out
When do you not get the Finders Fee?
If you are working as a manager at EMG
If the new hire is not permanent employed on a monthly salary
If you recommend someone who are already working at EMG to another position within EMG
If the HR Business Partner gets the information after the recruitment process (it has to be clear in the beginning)
