During the Covid-19 pandemic the company has adapted for working remotely in a much greater scale than before. During this period, we have implemented new work habits and ways to collaborate with each other and many of our employees have experienced benefits with working remotely.

We want to be a flexible and agile employer who attracts and retains the best employees. We have therefor decided to implement a more flexible remote work policy and offer a hybrid solution in the future. We still encourage our employees to use the opportunity to work from the office to continue to improve teamwork, cross functional collaboration, knowledge sharing, training and to enjoy social interaction.
