Twice a year, as a rule in February and August the employee has a performance assessments talk with their closest manager. The performance assessment is based on self assessment together with managers assessment and is made via BambooHR. The performance assessment should serve as a tool for improving performance and productivity as well as determining employee developmental needs. It is also a way to motivate and involve by clarifying goals as related to EMG overall goals.
The manager takes the initiative to the development dialogue which includes the following:
