The salaries shall be in line with market pay rates, which gives us the prerequisites to recruit and keep competent employees.
The salary determination at EMG shall stimulate good performance and development in each role. It shall also hinder the ability for discriminating salary differences.
Remember that your contract, including the salary, is under confidentiality, and should not be discussed with other co-workers. This is something that is clearly stated under the principle of good faith and fair dealing.
At the German office the salaries are handled externally by WSB & Partner in Heidelberg. The payroll system they use is DATEV. Salaries are paid out on the 25th of each month, or if the 25th is a holiday, the preceding day. At the latest 2 days prior to the payment you will receive your payslip on your private e-mail address.

Employees starting from November 1st will not be included in the upcoming review, hence will be connected to the following year’s review instead.
Employees that has left in their resignation, or for other reasons are leaving the company, will not be included in the salary review.
