At some time you will need to report Time Off. Maybe you get sick, need to work from home or need to take some vacation. Then you need to report Time Off in BambooHR - our HRM system. The Time Off types differs depending on which EMG office you are working at. Read more about what Time Off types there is for you and how to request Time Off in BambooHR below:
Salary might not be the first thing on your mind during your first month but it´s important to know how and when to expect your salary. The salary payment differs depending on what EMG office you are working at. Click in the link below to read more about how it looks like for you:
At EMG the offices will be the place where we together can do our best work. We strongly believe that a common workplace experience that fosters community, collaboration, and the benefits that it has to stimulate innovation, is most beneficial for our future growth. We also know that we all benefit from working remotely some of the time. We also believe that having that opportunity sparks creativity and effectiveness. Having a work climate that enables working remotely is an important key to empower this opportunity.
The EMG work place is at the office and everyone should be working from the office the majority of time
Outside of above you have the opportunity to work remotely in agreement with your manager by making a request in BambooHR
When working remotely, you should be able to come in to the office if requested by your manager
Not all roles are suitable for remote working. Talk to your manager to see if this applies to you or not
Working hours and holidays
The normal working hours at EMG is 8.00 to 17.00 with one hours lunch break (for full time employees). Flex time to when arriving and leaving the office is freely planned in agreement with your manager, as long as you are working 40 hours/week. The holidays differs from office to office.
