EMG recognizes that alcohol and drug abuse related problems are an area of health and social concern, and we also recognizes that alcohol and drug abuse problems can have a negative effect on work performance and behavior.
Therefore the company policy is that employees may not bring to or consume alcohol or any unlawful drugs in the workplace during work time or during a period prior to work where the effects may carry over to the workplace. This includes business functions where the employee is representing the Company. Special rules applies in relation to alcohol, for, by EMG organized events, e.g. the Christmas party, after works etc.
If you want to smoke you may do so during breaks. Smoking in EMG’s premises is not permissible and you may not smoke closer than 10 meters from the entries to the office.
