For travel allowance, use this Form
Full day - the journey begins before 12.00 pm and ends the day of arrival after 19.00.
Half day - the journey begins at 12.00 or later on the day of departure and ends the day of arrival at 19.00 or earlier.
You need to stay overnight to be entitled to travel expense according to Swedish law.
Reimbursement of expenses for such as food is provided for up to 200 NOK per day.
If you travel for more than 8 hours (up to 24 hours) a travel allowance of 14 EUR will be paid out, if you travel for more than 24 hours, you’re entitled to 28 EUR in allowance per full day. When you travel by order of kursfinder GmbH, you’re supposed to choose the most cost and time effective way to travel - normally that is by public transportation. If you travel by train, you may book a 2nd class flex ticket with a seat reservation. If you travel more frequently for business purposes and if it’s of economic advantage for kursfinder GmbH, please talk to your closest manager about the possibility to receive a company-sponsored Bahncard 25/50. Traveling by plane is not allowed, unless granted by your closest manager, If you need to travel by plane, you’re supposed to book Economy class (without checked-in baggage unless told otherwise by your closest manager).
How?
When you’ve returned from your trip, please fill out the document “Reisekosten und Spesenabrechnung” here, sign it and hand it in to your closest manager. The travel allowance and reimbursements will be paid to your account within a few weeks.

Note that travel allowance should NOT be registered in Dicom Expense since this is paid out with your salary.
The form should be signed by you manager and then submitted to economy department.
