Working hours & Holidays

The normal working hours at EMG is 8.00 to 17.00 with one hours lunch break (for full time employees). Flex time to when arriving and leaving the office is freely planned in agreement with your manager, as long as you are working 40 hours/week.

•    If you need to flex outside these hours due to doctor’s appointment etc, you may compensate for lost working time.

Breaks

Breaks at work is up to employees themselves to be responsible for. We at the company have a credence in our employees and we work under the motto "freedom with responsibility." 

Shortened workday

Days before bank holiday we apply shortened workday, meaning a 6 h workday.
