Grade 000 + 00 Mother's Day Celebration - 10 May

The Bee and Shongololo classes hosted a memorable Mother’s Day Tea on the 10th of May. The Bees surprised their mums with a rainbow-themed tea. On arrival, a beautifully packaged rainbow necklace and potplant were set out at each person’s placemat. Mrs Marazelda Breet then led the Bees and their mums in icing their cupcakes. Delicious rainbow icing was piped onto the vanilla cupcakes with soft fluffy clouds and sprinkles adding the final touches to each creation. 

The Shongololos diligently crafted personalised Mother’s Day cards and lovingly created portraits of their mothers. Excitement filled the air as the mums arrived, and they were greeted with showers of love and kisses. The children proudly served ice tea while showcasing their culinary skills with exquisitely decorated cupcakes, adorned with mouthwatering icing and sprinkles. These delectable treats were lovingly baked during their recent baking lesson. 

Laughter and joyful conversations were heard within both classes, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The heartfelt message to all the mothers echoed in unison: "Thank you, Mom, for everything you do for us. We hope this special morning made you feel truly cherished!"
