Digital Citizenship

Digital Citizenship refers to the responsible use of technology and teaching digital literacy skills in order to help students understand concepts such as security, privacy, cyberbullying, online safety, digital responsibility, and digital health & wellness.

Teaching digital citizenship provides students the knowledge and resources to be lifelong learners and also helps them engage in a digital environment responsibly.

Connect to Home

Share best practices for online safety with families to help them understand how they can reinforce responsible technology use at home. Common Sense Media is a great site to encourage families to check the games, websites, and movies their children may be using.

Google's Be Internet Awesome also has great parent resources such as these family guides.
