Haylee Smith is a new student this year at CAM. She went to C.K. McClatchy High School in Sacramento, California prior to moving here. Haylee will be participating in basketball this coming season. She has five siblings at the ages of 17,18, 25, 27, 28. When asked what she is looking forward to this year she said, “Trying new things.” Science is her favorite class because she is very interested in it. Haylee said, “Singing is my hidden talent.” Her favorite pizza topping is Pepperoni. Welcome to CAM Haylee!
Klaus Staton is a new student at CAM this year. Prior to CAM, he attended Barbe High School in Louisiana. Klaus is currently not involved in any sports or other activities. When asked what he is looking forward to most this year at CAM he said, “Joining band and making new friends.” Klaus has three siblings who are ages 12, 10, and nine. When Klaus was asked what his favorite class is he said “Cultural Geography because I like to learn about the states and I like to travel.” Klaus says that his hidden talent is playing guitar and rapping. His favorite topping on pizza is pineapple.
Cameron Gearhart is a new sophomore to CAM High School this year. The school he previously attended was Atlantic High School. This year, Cameron is going to be participating in football, wrestling and vocal. When asked what Cameron’s favorite class is, he replied, “English is my favorite, because it is quiet.” Two fun facts about him are, his favorite pizza topping is pepperoni, and his hidden talent is martial arts. Cameron has two brothers, ages five and ten, along with two sisters who are, five and seven.
Bree Schaaf is another one of CAM’s newest students. Bree recently attended Griswold High School. Bree is involved in FFA and volleyball. She has one 13 year old brother, named Bryce. When asked if she had any hidden secret talents, Bree replied, “I can wiggle my ears!” Bree’s favorite subject is art, because she loves to draw. Her favorite pizza topping is Breakfast. She is already looking forward to graduating next year.
