On Friday, November 22nd, Jade Jackson, Natalie Blaine, and Kylie Alff, members of the CAM cheer squad, travelled to Cedar Falls to the UNI Dome to perform. The girls arrived on Thursday and had practice that night from 2:00-7:00. The girls had to be at the dome by 6:30 Friday morning for practice from 7:00-9:00. They then performed at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. The girls explained it as, “An overwhelming experience but was fun overall”. Nice job ladies!
On Sunday November 17th, Natalie Blaine, Kylie Alff, and Jade Jackson travelled to Ames High School for their honor cheer practice. The three girls left the high school at 6:30 am and arrived in Ames at 8 am. They checked in and got put into two different groups. Kylie Alff was chosen for the stunting portion of the routine as a back base. Natalie Blaine and Jade Jackson were chosen for the Pom section. Each part of the routine was five minutes long. The three will perform on Friday, November 22nd, in Cedar Falls at the UNI Dome at 10am and 1pm. Good job ladies and good luck on the 22nd!
