As Ainsley Brandabur prepares for her junior year she looks to get involved in the community. As well as get back what was taken away from her last year because of Covid.
While having fun with her friends and classmates, Brandabur is starting to look into colleges and focus on her future career. Ainsley's top three are Miami, Kentucky, and Ohio Univeristy.
“ I really like all three schools But right now I would say Miami is my favorite, one because it is the closet to home and also I know a decent amount of people who have graduated and now to school there, which would make my transition form highschool to college a bit easier.”
Ainsley said this about Miami when asked if any of the schools had a bit of an edge on each other.
Along with college comes the workforce; therefore the question had to be asked, is there anything specific that you want to do for a career when your older?
“I am not sure of what I want to do when I am older, I am interested in something in the science field an example would be something like a physicians assistant.” Ainsley said this when asked about her future career.
With all that aside, Ainsley is focused on having fun with her friends and fully enjoying the highschool experience of her remaining years.
“The main things I missed last year were the student sections at football games and hanging out with my friends up on the hill. With one of my high school years being taken away from me by Covid I want to really soak up every moment I can this year, and enjoy my two last years of high school while they last.”
Ainsley said about what she missed last year and wants to do this year.
“ I cant wait to continue my junior year of high school by going to sporting events, homecoming and experiencing everything my junior year has to offer.”
