Senior Elizabeth Kreimer enjoys her experience at Badin as she feels teachers "care about your education"
“I grew up going to a public school, I always felt the teachers didn't care about the quality of education, I'm dyslexic. At Badin, the teachers would tell me to stay after class and they were caring.”
Kreimer is involved with sports at Badin.
“I have played softball freshman through junior year,” Kreimer said. “I like being in a group of girls. It's a lot of fun and hanging out with girls after school was fun.”
Many students tend to play a sport when they come to Badin to first, get involved and secondly, make a bond with lifelong friends.
Kreimer is involved in service
"Public School did not have as many service opportunities, when I came here and saw that they have so many service things it was cool to me.”” Kreimer said.
Kreimer's elective of choice is Business class.
“Mr. Schooley is the coolest teacher I have ever met, he gives a lot of real life experiences he's been through and will talk to me about softball" Kreimer said
Badin offers the opportunity to go to many dances during the school year, Kreimer liked the idea of Sadies, “Sadies, I like the idea that the girls ask the boys”
Kreimer enjoys going to football games
“I like football games, because I can hang out with friends and it's fun cheering classmates on."
Kreimer's favorite person at Badin is Mrs. Halverson
''She's like my mom and always there for me and tells me to be positive and that everything will be okay.”
Kreimer says the Boys and Girls club is her service agency of choice
“Hanging out with the kids and being there with them is so much fun.”
Kreimer's advice to students at Badin is “Get involved, it makes it so much more fun, you have so much more fun.”
