Send messages from the Webinterface

From the webinterface you can send SMS, Protected Messages, Electronic signature requests, email, Link-SMS and fax.

New Message

• 1. In the To field add the number(s) that you would like to send the message to

  2. To add many recipients at a time you can easily copy paste from any spreadsheet. Or click the Icon to the right in the field to access your Address Book(s) (Distribution List)

  3. In the Message field type your message, note the character counter at the bottom left

  4. Send options under the Send button are Now, Scheduled, Draft, Test send or Template. All accesible via the drop-down menu next to the Send button.

  5. The tabs at the top are Message (add content and recipients), Drafts (saved messages - not sent), Templates (Messages to be used again and again), Scheduled (Messages to be sent at a specific date/time) and Sent (see messages that you have sent, create new messages, see specific job statistics)

Message Settings

• • Email From Name - The Friendly name that you would like to be shown in conjunction to our sender.

Payment request

• • And if you have the service "Payment Request" active you can send such a request via email or SMS.

Scheduled Messages

• • To send your message as a Scheduled message, all you have to do is choose Scheduled next to the Send button. And then choose the date and time it shall be delivered.

  • Please note that the time in the toolbox is local to your computer so if your message will be sent to a different time zone please make the appropriate correction before saving.

  • This works with all message types.

  • In short it gives you the possibility to repeat a scheduled message.

Send to Address Books (Distribution Lists)

Using the Send menu you can also send directly to your Address Books (Distribution List).

(A few important notes: is that the character counter does not show the accumulated tally of characters, like disclaimers, opt-out, or Headers. So you must ascertain the number of characters in the Address book/Distribution List before coming here - see Settings under Address Books).

• 1. To the right of the Recipient field click on the Icon (a + and two small figures), this will open a new window. Click on the address book drop down menu to choose your address book (if you only have one then no choises will be presented). To choose all members in the Address book (Distribution List) simply press Save Selection and close dialog. Please note that the message will be sent to all the Members in the List, not Authors or Recipients.

  2. Write your message in the Message field.

  3. Choose your send settings. The options are; Send Now, Scheduled or Test Send as well as Draft.

Send with attachments

• • Create a new message, choose/add your recipients

  • Type your message

  • Click on the icon for "Add Attachment"

  • Upload a file using your own computer dialog.

Send Formatted messages

• • The message can be sent formated when you choose Link-SMS, Email, Mixed or BankID protected and Electronic signature request.

  • To format your message use the tools available in the Message (Formatted) field, default value is "Plain Text", change it by clicking on the field to the right of the Subject field.

• • You can change fonts, sizes, color to text and background. Add Tables to order your content, add links and images
