Statistics

We have divided our statistics into two categories, Statistics showing all traffic on the account and Incoming, showing only incoming traffic.

Statistics is only avaliable trough Customer Admin.

Statistics - Shows all traffic on the account, based on the administrators access levels. Shows number of transactions, number of sent/received messages, number of delivered/non-delivered messages. Default shows a total for the searched period, then you can drill-down to number per user and there also per countrycode and details of deliveryproblems.

Inbound - Has the same basic search features as the "Email to Fax" and "Email to SMS" functions. But here you have additional choices in a dropdown menu which allows you to define you search area more specific. They are; All traffic (default value no defined search), SMS received Sub Number, MMS received Sub Number, SMS received Key Word, MMS received Key Word, SMS Received, MMS Received and Fax Received.
