Fax and SMS Numbers

Under this menu option you will find and be able to administrate all of the organisations Fax and SMS numbers, Key Words and Short numbers (5 digits in Sweden) as well as Broadcast Lists and Public Email Aliases, also called resources.

The menu that opens by clicking on the arrow infront of the resource;

Recipients - most often there will only be one recipient for each resource, but sometimes a resource may not be personal such as a generic Fax number and its user. Then you might wish to add a number of users in the organisation that should be able to receive incoming traffic.

Settings - Controls the Display Name of the resource as well as the notes made by the administrator.

Logs - Show the most current traffic status.

Statistics - Shows the Cloud statistics.
