Errors when dissolving a student/tutor pair usually occur due to one of three reasons:
1. The pair has hours prior to the Match Date
2. The End Date has been set prior to the Start Date
3. The End Date has been set prior to the last recorded hours date
4. The Match Date is prior to either the student or tutor Intake Date
