Unable to Add Hours to a Class or Group

The student has been re-enrolled and the End Date was not updated

When a student is re-enrolled into a class/group in which they had previously been exited, the End Date should be updated from the date on which they were exited back to the scheduled End Date of the class/group. A student's End Date in a class cannot be edited while the student is enrolled.

To Correct this issue:

You will need to exit the student from the class and then re-enroll the student with the updated End Date. You will then be able to add the hours.

Tip:

If you use the 'Re-enroll Student' button located in the Enrollments tab of the student record or the 'Re-enroll Student(s)' button in the Enrollment tab of the class record, the End Date on the enrollment record will automatically update to the class end date when the student is re-enrolled. It is only when you re-enroll the student by double-clicking his enrollment record that you need to manually update the End Date on the enrollment.
