Send a Screenshot

If you are reporting a tech support issue or have a question, a screenshot of the specific area of LACES you are referring to is often helpful to be sure Tech Support understands your issue or question.

To take a screenshot, ensure that you are on the screen that you want to capture.  Press the PrtScr button on the keyboard to capture the screen.  Open an application such as Microsoft Word to a new page.  On the page, hold down the Ctrl and the V buttons at the same time to paste the screenshot into the document. Save the file and email it to helpdesk@literacypro.com.
