Unable to Enroll Student in Class or Group

There are a variety of reasons you might experience difficulties enrolling a student into an existing class or group. Check the examples below for solutions to common problems and click on the one that you are experiencing for additional information.

• 1. The student does not appear in the selection list after you click the Enroll button in the class/group record, or the class/group does not appear in the selection list after you attempt to enroll from the student’s Enrollment panel.

  2. You get an error message that the student could not be registered because *Enrollment date cannot be prior to the student intake date.

  3. The student was enrolled in the class/group, but their status in the class/group shows Waiting, not Enrolled.

  4. You get an error message that the student could not be registered because they need an assessment before enrollment.
