The Clone Row feature was released with 2026.8.0 which allows you to clone/copy data from an existing record as a starting point to create a new record.
The Clone Row Feature is found in the following Area > Tab > Panel (not everyone may have all the listed panels):
Student > Education > Non-Reportable Credentials
Student > Education > Instructional Areas
Student > Education > Postsecondary Education or Training
Student > Education > Term Grades
Student > Education > Transcripts
Student > Services > Accommodations
Student > Services > Referrals
Student > Services > Social Services
Staff > Staff Data > Classifications
Staff > Staff Data > Credentials
To use Clone Row, open any record in these areas and look for the Clone icon (two overlapping pages). Clicking it opens a pre-filled dialog with the existing record’s data. Edit the fields as needed and save to create a new record.
