Delete Temporary Internet Files to Resolve Display Issues
When the browser cache is full, it can cause several issues in LACES because the browser can begin returning old/odd bits of information.
Below are the instructions to clear the browser history for several browsers. Follow the instructions for the browser you are using to access LACES. After clearing the cache, if the issue persists, contact tech support and describe the issue you are experiencing.
Google Chrome
Click on the 'Customize and Control Google Chrome' icon at the upper right of the browser window and choose 'More tools' then 'Clear browsing data.' Confirm that you want to clear data from the beginning of time.
If the issue persists in Chrome, try the following steps to clear the Authorization Cookies.
Click the 'Customize and Control Google Chrome' icon at the upper right of the browser window
Select ‘’Settings’
At the bottom of the page, click ‘Advanced.’
Click on ‘Content Settings... ‘
Click on ‘Cookies’
Click ‘See all cookies and site data’
Search for literacypro.com
Remove all shown
Mozilla Firefox
Click the ‘Open Menu’ icon at the upper right of the browser window and click the History icon.
In the resulting menu, click ‘Clear Recent History.
On the next screen, for Time Range to Clear, select ‘Everything.’
Under the Details Menu, make sure Cache and Cookies are selected. You can uncheck the other items if you like.
Click ‘Clear Now.’
