Errors when completing a student from a class or group usually occur due to one of three reasons. Click on the one that you are experiencing for additional information:
The student cannot be exited because they have hours posted prior to the student’s start date, or after the selected end date.
The student cannot be exited because their Enrollment or Start Date in the class/group is prior to their program Intake Date.
The student cannot be exited because you are attempting to use a Completion/Left date that is after the Class End Date.
