In the Student area, the Current Fiscal Year Filter is applied by default to display only students who have activity with your agency in the fiscal year or who are still planning to attend.
The Current Fiscal Year Filter was updated on 03/27/2020 to omit students whose intake date is in a prior fiscal year and their only activity is an integrated assessment or an HSE assessment with date assessed in the current fiscal year.
The intent of the Current Fiscal Year filter is to display students who are either receiving services and are NRS fundable, or who have an intent to receive services but are not NRS fundable; those students are eligible to count on Table 2a.Â
There may be students in your agency who do not meet the requirements to be NRS fundable OR to count on Table 2a, but meet the requirements to be a current fiscal year student. This includes students who have earned 12 or more instruction hours in the current fiscal year but have not been assessed.
