Unmet satisfaction

A story of Local Response by Zahid Huque

We must promote the purpose of our existence and each community must identify it within its local cultural context, the very meaning of being human. We must act now, and act together with our communities. There cannot be a better solution of improving the quality of our lives and facilitating a process that would empower people to bring changes that they really aspire to and dream of.

LET US MAKE OUR DREAM A REALITY.

Transformative learning occurs when you open your heart to people with whom you want to work. Sharing experience with your community is the starting point to initiate any change to reach a common goal. We must listen, feel and act in a collective way. Communities have strengths and power and they are capable of enabling change in the quality of their lives when the strengths and nurtured, encouraged and supported.

Similarly, people have "unmet satisfaction" in the way they work. If we can understand why there is "unmet satisfaction" in their work and try to address it through appreciation, it could lead to improved product productivity and quality of work.
