BHASO (Batanai HIV & AIDS Service Organisation) is an HIV/AIDS service organisation based in Masvingo Province, Zimbabwe. It works with about 1,000 HIV/AIDS support groups who seek to improve the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS.
Youths used to be part of the support groups but their concerns were not addressed. So they felt left out and were not reached. BHASO consulted with the youths and supported them by fostering their own support groups. This started in 2012 and there are already 29 youth groups.
