Two beautiful analogies that Indumathi used through the course of the event sum up both what the process of CLCP means and what such a getting together as a Global Learning Festival achieves. On the third day of the festival, Indumathi said that we had all come encased in our own pots and shells. And as we met, related and worked together as human beings, setting aside our differences, it was as if our pots broke and we all became one.

As we left home from the event, we were carrying with ourselves little but mighty pearls of wisdom strung together into garlands – another imagery that Indumathi presented. We will, hopefully, feel strengthened by the new learning and also apply it to our work wherever relevant.
