Compost Can Disinfect

• • This shift is designed to continually disinfect the compost cans throughout the week

  • Disinfect the can with Food Safety Cleaner. Towels can be found soaked with the disinfectant in a bin next to rice cooker and Vitamix blender.

  • Wipe down all sides of the can, the lid inside and out and anywhere you find mold.

  • Remember to wipe down the binder clips that hold on to the compostable bags.
