Reserve Carriage House
Use the whiteboard in the carriage house to make a reservation. Low tech rules!

This shift is done once weekly.
Take garbage/dishes to their appropriate location in the kitchen.
Empty mixed paper into the bin in the driveway.
Straighten the furniture and accessories.
Vacuum.
Do whatever else needs to be done to make these rooms look new again.
Clean the bathroom, making sure to clean/sanitize counters and knobs, refill soap and paper towels if necessary, empty compost/trash bins, and sweep/clean the floor.
If the floor is EXTRA dirty, please follow these directions to clean:
Clean with the special cleaner and water only!
Or, water only! Or a dust mop!
The contractor is leaving us some special cleaner that has particles suspended in it that will actually strengthen our floor in time (it's on the ledge of the white board).
To use it: mix 2 gallons of water with one ounce of the cleaner.
Drop a towel into the solution
wrap the towel around a broom head or squeegee mop head.
Run that towel across HALF of the floor.
Then, dry the area IMMEDIATELY with another clean towel.
Rinse the wet towel/broom
repeat on the other half of the floor.
