• • This work shift requires one to throw out any food INCLUDING FOOD IN PERSONAL BINS that is not labeled, rotten, molded or a week old.

  • If the food already has an expiration date, for example beer cans or pre-packaged food you do not need to label it.

  • We will be fined if there is any unlabeled food in the walk-in INCLUDING personal bins.
