Use the VoiceThread Website
At Biola, we have a site-wide license for VoiceThread, a tool for online interaction with video. Usually, we use this in conjunction with Canvas (see About VoiceThread and Canvas), but you can also log in directly to the VoiceThread website outside of Canvas. This can be helpful when you're finding, creating, or uploading a new VoiceThread video before you link it to a class assignment on Canvas.
Logging In to VoiceThread
Log in to VoiceThread at this address: https://biola.voicethread.com - click "Sign In" in the top-right, then log in with your Biola NetID.
Once you're logged in, you will see your Dashboard. From there, you can create a new VoiceThread by clicking "Create" then "+ Add Media" and then "My Computer" to upload an existing video. If you don't have a video, you can record one by clicking "Webcam Video" instead.

Once you have at least one VoiceThread available in your account, you can use that to Create an Ungraded VoiceThread Link or Create a Graded VoiceThread Assignment on Canvas.
