This individual quest, requires you to explore the different risks and/or supports that are available to the family/and or community to support the child with their learning needs. There are a variety of options that you may choose for this quest including:

• Diversity in Literacy Matters: Review 5 Picture Books and 5 Chapter Books that has a Character with a Disability in a Presentation Format

• Representation Matters: Review 5 Feature Length Films about Individuals with Disabilities in a Presentation Format. Must include Movie Trailers

• Foster Care / Adoption of a Child with Special Needs Informational Brochure

• Your Local Community Resources Binder
