Rockman Rase Fall of Wily
Introduction
Rockman 4 Rase Fall of Wily is Chiko's second Rockman 4 hack which uses modifications such as graphics, music, difficulty, maps, enemy placement, and game statistics. The hack was created on April 19, 2010 until Chiko chose to re-modify the original format next month later. Unlike Rockman 5 Dood in Wily's last, this one has an almost similar update.
Changes from the last older versions
- May 23, 2010 version updates enemy statistics AI routine.
- June 6, 2010 version added Rockman 5 Wily's Dream Space music and a few stage modifications such as Pharoah Man. Chiko also corrected the MMC3's sound engine.
- August 25, 2010 version added more Rockman 5 Wily's Dream Space music and re-modified stages like Ring, Skull, Dust, Cossack 1, Cossack 4, Wily 2 and Wily 3 stages.

Toad Man is one of the decent stages and is a bit tricky. The wind can make timing difficult jumps and also give you a hard time landing correctly.
Strategy against Toadman: If you use Shadow Clock, use it and don't stop, Otherwise with your Rock Buster, keep shooting and slide under Toad Man when he jumps. You can also shoot him before he summons his Acid Flush which makes it difficult to perfect timing.

Difficulty: Hard
Weapon Gained: Frost Strike
If you enter Pharoah Man's stage for the first time, you are required to have the Rush Jet to jump at the 4 wide gap and is way to difficult to time it perfectly. Until the time when the June 6th version has come, Chiko remodified it and made it easier. The question is, where is the balloon item now?
Strategy against Pharoahman: With his moderate speed, you can use charge shots against him or use the weapon that can weaken him. Just be sure to avoid his charged shot or it will do some serious damage.

Conclusion
Rockman 4 Rase Fall of Wily may be the best hack I ever played but Chiko's rip-offs from other hacks without permission don't make make a good one. In order to become a good Rockman Remodeler, you must learn everything from professional artists and do everything on your own. I give this hack an overall rating of three.
