Japan Day @ Central Park 2011

Post date: May 26, 2011 9:11:37 PM

Last Sunday was Japan day at Central Park. Where the Japanese community can learn about Japanese culture. There are lots of activities and including performances. While I'm too busy at Rumsey Field, I watched Acts 1 and 2 of the performances. Then when I took a break, I learned a few Japanese phrases and have my Japanese name painted.

I didn't bother checking on my friends except 2 of the females I saw. But I don't consider as one of them! There is a reason why I stayed on Rumsey Field. To see one of them perform which was Aisha along with the Broadway Dance Center dancers.

And one of them is Yuko Ikeshita in the picture. Masami also perform as well but I didn't recognize her. Afterwards, I leave a bit early.

Reni's Maid Cafe

I originally didn't want to attend this month but there is a reason why I chose to come this month. If you read one of Reni's blog at ReniReni.com, then that's the answer. Right now, I am NO longer doing the 30 seconds challenge game for singing since I will be singing Karaoke for next month's maid show. Brace yourself, because I'm going to be streaming live on USTREAM. And for Japanese people, I hope you love staying up later than 1:30AM.

You can't miss it!
