Things just keep getting worse

I thought I have this ROM-Remodeling hobby under control but things are keep getting worse especially if I have a new ****** up hard drive that doesn't have the capability to do so. It kept restarting and rebooting on it's own last night, what the hell is going on? Not if only that, but my FCE Ultra X Emulator runs at slower speeds. And even if I give it a boost, the speed remains the same. The tech guy claims that my computer runs really fast but it's kinda slow when running in emulators.

I wonder if is the USB Port that started all this, the PS/2 USB apdater may be the cause of all this or the attachment USB Flash Drive which I held all the files including my saved projects. The 2.0 USB Flash Drive also runs at slower speeds. The only way to fix it is to get the i386 folder from other computers and put it in my own computer. Luckilly, this hard drive has the anti-virus software.

I am completely unsatisfied with the new hard drive and may be back on retirement from ROM-Remodeling again. No offense kuja, but I just do not want Mega Man Odyssey to die. And I thought I was getting Windows 7 after all 10 months awating for it to show up.
