Mega Man 4 Dr. Light's Conquest Cancelled

The next best Mega Man IV hack is cancelled for a reason because my computer's hard drive is really fucked up. I think similar to kuja killer's problem. Without my PC, I cannot continue on with my project. I was planning to release the demo version around Christmas but since this piece of shit want to fuck up my system files, it's hopeless.

LUCKILLY, THE FILE IS BACKED UP IN MY PRIVATE UPLOADER AND MY FLASH DRIVE.

It's asking me to insert the Windows XP CD-ROM, then press "r" to repair and I don't have the CD-ROM when I brought the $300 Dell Desktop. Now I'm really BORED without Rom-hacking.

Also, my YouTube videos & Pokemon Brown is unable to upload until all the problems are fixed.

Why is my computer always have bad timing.

This is why you guys need to donate or else I won't be able to finish it. Insectduel's Board is also CLOSED forever until the problem is fixed.
