Blackbirds in Astoria

I went to Astoria Queens last Thursday for a donation dancing event. I arrive a bit late but I was caught up with my time and paid them to wear the bracelet on my arm. And also gotten myself a raffle ticket.

This raffle ticket can be placed in any item you want. You put one in and keep the stub ticket. When you buy more tickets and place them in the same item, you get a higher chance. I didn't feel like buying many tickets because I'm saving my money.

With that one ticket, I didn't win.

When I watch the performance and including the encore, I didn't like the comedy drama stuff but the dancing part is OK. Including one my favorite dancers Kashimi Asai. That makes me a follower. When I looked up in my mobile device, I noticed that one of my friends is already there. But I looked up with that person. After the dancing performance, I found that person and that is one of the Uzuhi performers Tsubasa. I ended up chatting up a little bit. But due to curfew time, I have to leave the bar and say my goodbyes to both Tsubasa and Kashimi. I should have taken a photo of both of them for this blog but it was well worth it!
